INSPECTION PROCESS

Purchasing a new home can be a cumbersome process. Let Andy Cooper, of WIlliams Home Inspections, assist you with providing a hassle-free, complete home inspection. 

​

A complete home inspection covers every aspect of a property's condition and can alert you of existing or potential problems. Your home inspection will consist of several main components:

​

  • A comprehensive assessment of the heating and cooling systems

  • Structure and foundation

  • Roof

  • Interior finishes

  • Attic and attic insulation

  • Basement dampness

  • Infrared thermal reading on windows, doors and attic

  • Inspection of general plumbing and drainage systems (septic/well are generally handled separately according to county guidelines)

ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE:

  • Sprinkler systems

  • Swimming pool/spa

  • Radon testing

  • Termite Inspection (FREE with home inspection)

  • Pest control services

INSPECTION REPORT​

Upon completion of your inspection, AJC Williams Home Inspections will generate a computerized report that will be presented to you at the time of your inspection.

PRICING

INSPECTION FEES*:

Home inspection fees are based upon the square footage of your home, finished and unfinished. This is customary throughout Kansas. 

 

   Up to 1,999 sq ft - $300

2,001 - 2,500 sq ft - $325 

2,501 - 3,000 sq ft - $350 

3,001 - 3,500 sq ft - $375 

3,501 - 4,000 sq ft - $400

Over 4,000 sq ft - Quote

OTHER FEES:

Radon Testing - $125 - $150

Sewer Scope - $150 - $200

Pool/Spa - $65

Sprinkler System - $40

Re-Inspection Fee - Call for Quote

Termite Inspection** - $35+
